1. DRIVER's AGE
Drivers must be at least 22 years old.
2.DRIVER's LICENSE
Drivers must hold a valid national driver's license issued at least one year ago. The license should match the class of the rental car. The person, who wishes to drive the rental car, must be present at the time of rental, and show his valid license to the company representatives.
3.3. PASSPORT / ID
A valid passport or ID (for UE members) is compulsory for renting a car.
4.PAYMENT
The client shall pay for his disposal vehicle a sum of money, Lei equivalent according to the BNR exchange rate of the day.The payment for car rental or minivan rental could be made cash,by bank transfer or by bank card Visa or MasterCard without any additional charges.
5.RENTAL PERIOD
The minimal rental period is 24 hours.
6.Border crossing
Cars are not allowed to cross the border.
7.Warranty
The rental warranty is 150 EURO to 500 EURO. The warranty will be released to the Renter when the vehicle is returned in good overall condition without any defects and together with all the documents and keys.
8.Delivery and collection
Vehicle are delivered and/or collected with full tank. Any balance according to level indicator on board will be charged at 1/2 of tank or full tank (at gas stations price). Pickup and delivery in Bucharest,Henry Coanda - Otopeni International Airport and Bucuresti - Baneasa International Airport is free of charge.The RENTER must return the vehicle with documents, accessories and equipment in good condition to the LESSOR at the location, the date and time designated
9. BREAK OF TRAFFIC LAWS
The Client is responsible for any violation of traffic laws, including parking fines or any other fees.
10.IN CASE OF ACCIDENT
In case of flat or accident the client will inform, without any delay, the owner who will give all instructions considering the situation. In case of accident caused by the Client being under the influence of alcohol/drugs/other narcotics, the responsibility for paying all the damages rests with the Client.
